Unisex accessible toiletToilets, unisex accessible and ambulant accessible toilets are available on selected stations and trains

Where provided, unisex accessible toilets may be used by all customers and are denoted by the pictogram with the wheelchair, male and female symbols.


You will find toilets, unisex accessible and ambulant accessible toilets at many of our stations. Please ask our staff if the toilets are closed for cleaning or security reasons. Toilets at some locations can be remotely unlocked by station staff on request. Toilets may also be locked outside station staffing hours for security reasons.

To be eligible to purchase a key from a Master Locksmith you must have a disability and written authority from a doctor, disability organisation, local council or community centre.

A baby change table is included in most unisex accessible toilets on stations.


Intercity and regional trains have toilets on board. On the Central Coast & Newcastle Line, toilets are only open in the outer suburban and intercity areas.
