Stop crossing the railway tracks - don't find out the hard way
Trespassing on railway tracks puts commuters, the community and rail staff at risk and can result in serious injury or death.

From Monday 28 November there will be changes to the way you can get to and from buses at Parramatta Station.


Evening peak cancellations
To cater for the extra services required for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Qualifier the following CityRail services will be cancelled on Wednesday 16 November only.


Two intercity trains return to Newcastle & Central Coast Line
From Monday October 31 the 6.25am Newcastle to Central and 4.12pm Central to Newcastle services will return to CityRail's usual intercity rolling stock.


Fifteen carriages withdrawn from CityRail fleet for inspection
Maintenance inspections have uncovered the fact that some older CityRail intercity carriages have been affected by corrosion. With customer safety in mind we have decided to withdraw these carriages from service from Monday 17 October.


New timetable undergoes fine-tuning
