Our Lost Property Office handles hundreds of items found on trains and stations every week. We deal with enquiries regarding lost items and endeavour to identify and return items to their owners. A recovery fee of $7.60 is payable when you reclaim your item.
Due to the large number of enquiries we receive daily, some delays may be experienced by customers. Lost property is held by the Lost Property Office for 28 days and then disposed of according to Sydney Trains policies and procedures.

The Lost Property Office is located at 484 Pitt Street Sydney - just a short walk from Central Station.
Office hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
